Our philosophy

The name Midgard comes from Norse mythology — the realm where people live and build. That is where we focus: on real companies, real operators, and real customers. We are not chasing momentum. We commit capital where we can add lasting value and we stay for the long haul.

How we invest

We are flexible across the capital structure. Depending on the company and the moment, that means common or preferred equity, structured or venture debt, or a combination. We size our involvement to what the business actually needs.
